- Search and location data: Search queries and location information you provide to find practitioners near you.
- Account information: Email address and verification details if you create a practitioner account.
- Identity verification data: Documents and selfie images submitted during practitioner verification, processed securely by Stripe Identity.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns collected through Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics 4. We run Google Analytics in a restricted configuration: Google signals is turned off, so your activity is not joined across devices or into advertising profiles, and ads personalisation is disabled. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Help you discover and connect with healthcare practitioners.
- Verify practitioner identities and maintain listing accuracy.
- Improve our platform and user experience.
- Send transactional emails such as verification codes and account updates.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following third-party services necessary to operate our platform:
- Google Places API: To retrieve practitioner location data, ratings, and reviews.
- Stripe: To process practitioner identity verification securely.
- Vercel: For hosting, analytics, and media storage.
- Google Analytics: For aggregate usage measurement, with Google signals and ads personalisation disabled.
- Resend: To deliver transactional emails such as verification codes.
Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. Search queries are not stored permanently. Practitioner-submitted verification data is retained as required for account integrity and regulatory compliance. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
