What to expect on your first visit
Before your first visit, complete a comprehensive health questionnaire. Your Functional Medicine provider will then conduct a deep dive into your medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, diet, genetics, and nutritional deficiencies to identify root causes, order specialized lab panels, and make diagnoses.

Dr. Soleil Arrieta helped me recover from a Lyme flare that was very disabling. I have confidence in her judgment and often consult her for second opinions on recommendations that my primary care provider makes. I am so very grateful to her for her knowledge, experience, and caring.

I've been treated with nutritional supplements for my anxiety/depression based on Dr. William J. Walsh protocol for over 30 years. This means I do not take drugs and avoid the side effects of pharmaceuticals. Many thanks to Newbridge for providing the medical expertise and treatment through prescribed nutritional supplements so successfully for the past 10 years when my previous functional medicine physician retired! Highly recommend Dr. Arrieta. I met her when I was at the lowest and had nearly lost hope that I would regain my health back. She is VERY intelligent, informative, personable, and thorough. I searched many doctors to treat PANDAS and decided to go with Newbridge Health & Wellness because they were the only ones who treated all aspects of health for this diagnosis. Other options were psychiatry but that didn't treat all the medical aspects of PANDAS and clinic doctors didn't support the body with functional medicine as part of their treatment. Not only was Newbridge able to get me in within a week (compared to 6 months with a clinical doctor), they were also well prepared and I had all my questions answered. They prepared a thorough report and it was easy to get started with both Rx, labs, and supplements.

Dr. Soliel is the most amazing doctor I’ve ever seen. She never misses a beat and is always open to hearing new ideas or hear me out on my concerns. She always makes me feel validated and cared for as a patient and absolutely valued. She is so knowledgeable and kind, very impressive widespread understanding on a variety of obscure health topics other providers have never come close to mentioning in the past.
