Dr. Rani and her entire team are absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The office itself is spotless and impeccably clean, which immediately put me at ease. Every single staff member I interacted with was so kind, warm, and wonderful to work with—they truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Their bedside manner is outstanding, and they took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through every step of the process. I had an earlobe repair done, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. Dr. Rani is not only highly skilled, but also incredibly patient and reassuring. The entire team created such a calm and supportive environment, making what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and seamless. I’m so grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Rani and her team to anyone.

Dr. Patterson and her team are amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and has wonderful bedside manner! I have been seeing Dr. Patterson for years and I always have the same experience. She is very detailed, professional , and caring with her patients. She listens to all your concerns and addresses them at the visit . I enjoy seeing her and appreciate all her kindness and compassion! She always goes above and beyond! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Patterson and her team!

Dr. Rani is great, but they increased their prices by 20% (!!!) and didn't mention this until after my treatment when it was too late to do anything about it. Very frustrating experience. The wait was also a bit long. I sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes and again in the treatment room for another 30 minutes. They also

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Rani and her team! She is very personable, attentive, and takes the time to really listen. Her staff — both the physician assistants and the receptionist — are equally welcoming and professional. My concerns have always been addressed promptly, and the diagnosis and treatment plans I’ve received have been clear, effective, and easy to follow. I feel cared for here and highly recommend this practice. My favorite doctors office in the city!
